Our tutu/bloomers are 100% soft jersey cotton knit. The skirt is three layers of chiffon ruffles, and the bow is adorned with a heart applique detail. The tutu is reversible with the attached satin bow wearable in either the front or back.
Our hairbows are hand assembled and attached to a stretchy poly/cotton headband that should fit NB up to 24M.
Our legwarmers are one size, poly/cotton blend, and will fit NB to 24M
