Shipping and Returns

Our order processing is usually within 1 to 3 business days depending on payment processing. We ship primarily through USPS First Class, which can take between 4 to 9 days to ship continental.  International and overseas orders may take longer.  Expedited shipping prices may vary.
Our policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:
1.  The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2.  The item was not the correct size.  We do make note of sizing with each product listing, so please keep that in mind when ordering.  We also understand that mistakes happen.
3.   Your item has been lost during shipping.  Lost items disputes should be taken up with the postal service first.  However, if an item has in fact been proven to have gotten lost during shipping, we will replace it.
Refunds, Change of Order or Cancellations
Refunds will only be issued for items returned to us within the above-mentioned  time period.
Changes to your order will affect processing and shipping times, we recommend that changes or cancellations be made within 24 hours.  Cancellations made after the processing period (1-3 days) will need to be refunded and product returned
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  We will contact you when a refund has been issued, however there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your institution.
Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds on sale items will be issued for the price of the item at the time of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items returned for exchange must be returned in their original condition.  Personalized product cannot be exchanged, but may be replaced if it is damaged on receipt.
If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the purchaser listed on the invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returned product are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
