Our tutu/bloomers are 100% soft jersey cotton knit. The skirt is three layers of chiffon ruffles, and the bow is adorned with a heart applique detail. The tutu is reversible with the attached satin bow wearable in either the front or back.
Our bows/headbands soft elastic and can fit Newborns up to 2+years. These are hand assembled and can be done as a hair clip upon request.
